Event Details

Bereaved families and other people affected by the death of a child are invited to a special annual memorial service given by Edinburgh’s Royal Hospital for Sick Children. The service is for people of all ages and all faiths. The service offers adults and children time and space to reflect on their grief and loss, and seeks to ‘give them hope as their own life continues’.

The Rev Carrie Upton has worked with artist Carol Marples, of the Soul Marks Trust, in creating a welcoming, safe and peaceful environment at the service venue, the University of Edinburgh Chaplaincy Centre in Bristo Square, Edinburgh.
