A Brief Introduction to Soul Marks

Soul Marks is a registered charity based in Edinburgh, Scotland, encouraging and enabling creativity using all the senses. We are a Christian organisation, committed to furthering the use of visual arts to express and inspire faith in God.

Soul Marks is led by Edinburgh artist Carol Marples, who has been creating visuals for worship and running art and prayer workshops throughout Scotland for more than 15 years.

Established in 2003 to further the ministry that Carol had already begun in many places, we regulary work with sessional workers on certain projects, and have taken on a part time administrator, Celia Stone. The work is also supported by the Soul Marks board of trustees.
